I've been horribly sick since Saturday and my fever never goes above 102. But whenever I take Motrin or Dayquil, I start sweating like a mule. My fever goes down but I sweat and sweat profusely. Why does this happen?

it happens. your body is getting rid of the sickness this way. it's actually really good for u to sweat it all out. don't worry. give it a few days. but if it continues, go see a doctor. since you are sweating alot, please drink a lot of fluids, water, tea and juice. . . or else you will dehydrate. feel better!
