HUGE SWEATING PROBLEM! please HELP!?

I have a HUGE sweating problem! =O. I dont know whats wrong with me. Everytime Im at home Im perfectly fine but when I go out I start sweating. A LOT! Its not that i get nervous or anything Im always really confident but I still sweat! %26amp; right now its winter like -15, my hands are cold but im sweating. Again this only happends outside of my house. School, someones house, or just out. Right now Im 13 going on 14 and this is ruining my life. I cant put my hands up or wear tight shirts. No one has noticed yet but I really dont want this to get out. So I always keep my hands down but its really annoying. It just happends. I try deoderants but nothing seems to help. What should I do?

HUGE SWEATING PROBLEM! please HELP!?
well first of you need to realize that you're not the first or the only person who has this problem. it's in no way the end of the world.

I had/have this problem, which started around 12 or so. It is partly nerves. But it can also be a genetic problem (ex - my mom has the same excessive problem)

I use Certain Dri - you can find it at any pharmacy or wal mart type store. Read the directions, but basically they say you put it on at night before going to sleep and use deoderant as normal every other time (READ the directions though, because it can cause a bad rash if used otherwise - like never use right after shaving ouchies) It one thing you can do to help combat the effect.

Don't let something so simple 'ruin' your confidence. In the scope of life, this is nothing and controlable on top of that.
Reply:go to boots or superdrug, they sell a product called 'perspirex'

you apply it at night (every other day) and then wash it off in the morning, it closes your pores over a couple of weeks of using it, and you stop sweating completely. and dont worry ALOT of people have this problem, its called ecessive sweating.

goodluck(:

Reply:If it's just underarm perspiration you need to read labels on deodorants and make sure it says "antiperspirant and deodorant" in one product.

Granted, you're at the age when your body is changing. It may take trying a few different antiperspirant and deodorant products until you find one that you like and works well for you.

Plus, you should think about your diet. Make sure you're eating healthy foods that are prepared healthily.

Not drinking too much soda pop is a good idea, too. Instead, opt for water and decaf and low sugar drinks.

If that doesn't help you should consider seeing your doctor. It's a good idea to talk to your doctor about changes in your body. Learning about your family health history is helpful, too.
Reply:try getting a gel deordorant, and then sprinkling baby powder over it.
