I just started yoga thats in a heated room like a sauna. I sweat alot during this and im wondering how much weight i will lose if i do this for 30 days?

Depends entirely on your body. There is no "one formula fits all" equation to give you a definitive answer to your question. If weight loss is your goal, compliment your new aggressive exercise plan with a nutrition program to help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals.
One thing is a must, however, hydrate yourself with good old fashioned H2O! Carry a bottle of water wherever you go...put down the pop and pick up the water. You'll feel like a kid again with the energy boost you'll have...and besides, it's very necessary with all the water you're losing in that heated room.

Reply:Not a good idea to start yoga or any exercise in such a heated room. you might want to move to a well ventilated room that is more comfortable. Once you decide for yourself that you are consistently doing yoga/exercise, you can go to the next level of pushing yourself.
