Sweating more.... any problems?

Okay, the weather IS hot. About 30+ where I live. But I notice that I'm sweating more starting from about last year (only counting the summer days).

For example, I walk outside for 15 minutes, and then I'd be wiping my head for another 15 mintutes.....the sweat keeps "dropping down". My underarms sweat, and front and back of course, but the sweat mostly comes from my head. My hair would get quite wet.

Is there a problem with this? I'm not overweight and don't exercise basically. Would exercise improve the situation?

Serious answers only, please. Thanks.

Sweating more.... any problems?
This is absolutely natural. If you were to come to Arizona, which is usually about 48-49 degrees Celsius over the summer, and then suddenly be teleported to the North Pole, you would most likely be sweating for a good 15 to 30 minutes while in the North Pole.

The body naturally does this because it does not immediately react to outside stimuli. Notice how long it takes you to sweat when you go from summer cold to summer hot -- and the body actually responds even faster to heat than it does cold.

EXERCISE?

If you really want to start exercising, though, I would just recommend going for a nice, morning jogs-- just something to keep the heart pumping. Other cardiovascular exercises are good too, of course, but just find something fun.

Either way, your body is doing just fine.
Reply:I don't know but that happens to me also, I sweat really hardcore, I play soccer, but I sweat more than everyone else, I posted a question about this and some people say it's bad others say it's normal.. idk
Reply:over 90 degrees if i stay in that room for more than 5 minutes i sweet like a pig and it makes me itchy

its perfectly natural some people are hot bloded 86 just an average take me for an example i run 89 constantly
Reply:Thats good actually, thats your body cooling down. Think of an air conditioner when all the water leaks out, its kind of like that. Its just cooling down your body, which means you have a great system atm. I work out daily today my shirt was filled with sweat lol. No need to worry.
Reply:It sounds to me like you have what they call: hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating...

What you can do is exercise regularly and eat small portions, yes, these things have been known to help with sweating problems.

I've had hyperhidrosis for a long time now, and I've tried a lot of antiperspirants. Most of them suck and a lot of them hurt or irritate like maxim, drysol, stuff like that...

However, I've tried this new stuff, http://www.sweating-treatment.com or megadry, that's made to be not itchy and stuff, it's awesome, I don't worry about sweating so much anymore.

I'd try a lot of stuff for your sweating problem, cause you never know what could work for you...
