Too much sweating ='(?
Some people will be facing this problem severely and they feel so bad and inconvenient about this.

First of all if possible, take bath 3 times a day with light warm water and with complexion and deodorant soaps only. While taking bath, put some quality sandal wood powder in the water and wash ur body.

After bath, take anti perspirants and deodorants as well.

U may be having some vitamin deficiency, and also some people who takes lots of non-veg or any oily foods, they sweat I think. So lessen ur oil in food and also non veg foods.

Take always fresh fruits and also vegetables in ur daily food and If it is not solved, then go to general physician and take advice.
Reply:Well for your armpits you could use a stronger antiperspirant. Also, make sure to put it on at night and in the morning. I would talk to your doctor, you could have a medical problem.
Reply:There are anti-perspirants for occasional use. If, by chance, you have too many sweat glands in particular areas, there are procedures for reducing them ( e.g. Botox injections or local application ). Your GP or dermatologist can advise.
Reply:Hi there,

One of my best friends had the same problem. She went to her doctor and she gave her some prescription deoderant/antipersperant and some other skin products. Your problem sounds a bit worse than hers, though. You need to go to a doctor to make sure it's not a hormonal problem or the symptom of a more serious health problem. There really is no over-the-counter quick fix for too much sweating. Try wearing clothes that wick mositure away from your skin. It may help a bit. Good luck and take care.
Reply:Aww.

I know exactly how it feels.

And honestly, there is nothing that will work except for Botox Injections.

My armpit's did the same thing and it was reaaally bad. My dermatologist told me to get the Botox Injections, which are tiny needles that inject Botox into your armpits and you'll stop sweating. Unfortunately, it is expensive. You can get the injections anywhere and it will stop.

Don't waist your money on deodorants, they DO NOT work.

Good Luck!!!
