Severe sweating help..?

I'm 16yrs old (male). I am always sweating. Even in cool conditions. It is really annoying and embarrassing. I've read about people taking out certain glands and that has helped. I don't wanna do that. What I was wondering, is that since I am sweating ALL OVER my body, maybe their is a lack of something I am getting, like a certain vitamin or something..idk. It is really annoying though. So I was wondering, what can I take, that will allow me to not sweat as much?

Severe sweating help..?

Reply:o no! my sister had a similar problem. however, it was just under her armpits where it was excessive. i went to talk to a pharmacist at wal-mart and they recommended a product called "certain dry" and it worked like crazy!!!! i totally recommend it. its not a deodorant, its an anti perspirant. read the directions and see if you are interested. ps..its only like 4 dollars at walmart. ask a pharmacist. good luck! here is the link:

Reply:Hyperhidrosis can be caused by food allergies, or a mineral/vitamin deficiency. I had it for a long time before learning this.

Check out this article about hyperhidrosis, grains, and sugars. Scroll about halfway down the page.

I had hyperhidrosis and other symptoms for many years tried all the usual treatments including ETS surgery, prescriptions, antiperspirants, botox, etc. The surgery was most helpful but several years later hyperhidrosis began to return.

Years later I was diagnosed with a few food allergies. I eliminated wheat, dairy, and sugar from my diet. I stopped all prescriptions and began taking supplements for B vitamins and magnesium.
