Does sweating more help yout lose more weight?

i heard on a tv show that sweating more helps weight loss production is this true or not and if not then what will help while exerciseing

Does sweating more help yout lose more weight?
not really, u only lose water weight, but u gain it back after hydrating ureself again!
Reply:If you sweat, you only lose wieght because you have lost water, but then you have to drink again as your dehydrated.

You are supposed to lose other wieght which is the contents of fat you have. That is why being fat is unhealthy, because there is too much 'fat' on you.

You have to go on a diet and exersise.

Dehydration is extremily dangerous, particullarly when your hot, it could be deadly.
Reply:Sweating lots of water helps in two ways. Firstly it helps your body rid itself of toxins, and of course the liquid you lose will be regained when you drink more water.

Secondly, the food and fat that were used to create the sweat will not go back into your body, so you’ll lose weight - and fast!
Reply:Yes, but make sure to rehydrate well after--- otherwise you will dehydrate, which causes the body to hold onto the little water it has for dear life!
Reply:I don't know if it's true or not, but here are some tips when exercising:

1. if running, breathe through nose and out through mouth. if you can't do that properly, then you are running too fast! Find your own pace and you can increase it when you get better.

2. Exercise enough, but don't over exercise! (I've seen someone do the BEEP test on fit days and over ran it and didn't stop. He either fainted or threw up.

3. DRINK LOTS OF WATER WHEN EXERCISING!!!
