Sweating after excercise?

I've jus finished excercising and I was sweating like crazy. I heard thats suppose to be good but do I hab to clean it after. I know that its gross if u dont but this yoga instructor said taking a shower aafter excercise is bad fro your body and that helps you gain more weight. But if I dont wont the sweat go back inside my body?

Sweating after excercise?
I sweat a lot during and after exercising. I don't shower at the gym, so by the time I get home, I am usually dry but my clothes are soaked. I shower "very warm water" to relax my muscles and bones. I have lost 112 pounds and have never put it back on because of a "shower". Maybe a snickers bar but not from a "shower". Plus best to shower after, keeps infections down in your private areas.
Reply:whhhhaaaa? why would it be bad? I think you should take a cold shower
Reply:Sweat usually evaporates to keep your body cool... personally, I don't think there is anything wrong with taking a shower after you exercize. I don't see a connection how not showering can "help you gain more weight." Gaining weight has to to with your body's metabolism and how it processes the foods you eat!

Drink plenty of fluids!
Reply:I don't know about sweat going back into the body, that sounds strange, but letting the sweat evaporate on you and staying in damp work out clothes could give you a rash and make you stink. I think you need to ask that yoga instructor to clarify what they said because it doesn't sound right.
Reply:Very Easy, Relax your mind after the exercise, take your m ind of the exercise and soon you will see the changes !
Reply:Both you and your Yoga insructor are on the good ship lollypop aren't you?

You're obsessed with me,admit it.
Reply:Once you have done your exercises and you have done your sweating it will not go back into your body. It is completely untrue as to what your yoga instructor has told you.

I have worked in a physical therapy department and that is the silliest thing that I have ever heard.
