Excessive sweating problem?

ive been experiencing excessive sweating for a while.

it's not puberty, i'll tell you that.

my hands, feet, and especially armpits sweat like crazy!

it's so embarrasing in school.

people have commented about my sweat rings on my shirts, and i don't know what to do anymore.

when someone wants a high-five, they're all, "Why are you hands wet?"

please don't suggest any types of deoderant, or anything over the counter. it doesn't work, i've tried them all.

and i'm not willing to do surgery.

my doctor says she can't do anything about it, is this true?

but i've heard something about botox injections, could i have a little more info about this?

thanks! :)

Excessive sweating problem?
Before you run to Botox (an expensive remedy I have to add) make sure you're already doing the following:

1. Use a deodorant high in Aluminum Chloride. This is the ingredient that blocks sweat from escaping the pores.

2. Use a tannin tea solution. Soak your feet in this tea solution to lessen foot sweating.

3. Drink more water to lower your body temperature.

4. Try Drysol - a prescription deodorant.

5. Use a powder like baby power or Goldbond after showering.
Reply:yea botox injections work

a bartender on dr.90210 was getting them and it stops sweating for i think 6 weeks or monthes im not sure

hope i helped

Reply:u do not want to do botox, injecting anything that enhances ur looks inot ur skin is bad news my frnd. i'm sorry but i'm afriad thats all i know, hope this helped =D
Reply:Botox temporarily makes the muscles around the area of injection paralyzed. It will temporarily stop the sweating, but it will be very uncomfortable and there are places they won't to it because, as I said, it paralyzes your muscles.

But think of this: Botox is made from the same bacteria that causes botulism. And botulism is a serious paralytic illness caused by a nerve toxin.

Did you get the nerve toxin part?
Reply:your doctor has to be lying to you. my friend went through the exact thing! he gave her these patch things i think it was a free trial too. anyways, she stuck them on her armpits and presto! she stopped sweating and swelling. Her doctor also suggested the injections too, but she never got them.
Reply:Elektra is right, your doc has to be lying! My friend had the same problem and the pharmacist actually gave her pills, you must take them everyday(I think its once a day)and you'll see the results after like 2weeks,maybe its slow but it sure does work!
